Order Information

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge within one calendar day of payment, provided it hasn't been shipped. Please contact us immediately at contact@hitwayescooter.eu. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

What is the return policy?

You may submit a return request within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted (though warranty terms may still apply).

What if the scooter has quality issues?

Please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or free replacement. After 14 days, we will review cases individually and may provide free spare parts or warranty repair services.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within EU typically takes 5 to 7 business days. This includes processing (approx. 2 business days) and transit (3 to 5 business days). Slight delays may occur during weekends and holidays.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Warranty & Support

How long is the warranty period?

Our electric scooters come with a two-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is valid for both the original purchaser and subsequent owners (proof of purchase required).

What should I do if a malfunction occurs?

Please contact us at contact@hitwayescooter.eu. Provide photos or videos of the issue for troubleshooting. If under warranty, we will provide free spare parts and instructions. In some cases, we may partially cover local repair costs after prior consultation.

What if my scooter is stolen?

Theft is not covered by our warranty. We recommend noting down the frame and serial numbers upon delivery and considering separate insurance coverage.

Are HITWAY electric scooters CE certified?

Yes, they are. Please contact us if you require the relevant documentation.

Where can I legally ride my e-scooter?

Regulations vary by country. Most allow riding on roads, bike lanes, or non-motorized lanes, while banning sidewalk use. Please check your local traffic laws for specific rules.

Do I need to register my electric scooter?

This depends on your country (e.g., Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands require registration). We advise checking local regulations. Contact us if you need help finding your serial number for registration.
